  The stainless steel high-pressure 90° elbow is a critical pipe fitting designed to change the direction of fluid flow (90° turn) in high-pressure piping systems. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, it offers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and high-pressure durability, making it ideal for demanding applications in oil & gas, power generation, shipbuilding, food & pharmaceutical, and industrial equipment.  


1. Superior Material  
   Stainless Steel Grades: 304, 316, 316L, and other austenitic stainless steels with excellent corrosion resistance (against acids, alkalis, salt spray, and oxidation) and high-temperature stability (operating range: -196°C to +800°C, depending on material).  

2. High-Pressure Performance
   - Pressure Rating: PN16 to PN420 (or ANSI Class 150-2500), ensuring reliability in extreme pressure conditions.  
   - Reinforced Structure: Precision cold/hot-formed with seamless or welded construction (X-ray inspected) for uniform wall thickness and leak-proof integrity.  

3. Precision Manufacturing 
   - Surface Finish: Internally polished (Ra ≤0.8μm) or electropolished to minimize friction and scaling; external finishes (e.g., sandblasted, mirror) available.  
   - Compliance: Meets ASME B16.9, DIN 2605, GB/T 12459, and other international standards. Sizes range from DN8 to DN100
