Our elbow features stainless steel grades 304, 316, 316L, and other premium austenitic stainless steels, known for their excellent resistance to corrosion (against acids, alkalis, salt spray, and oxidation) and remarkable stability at high temperatures. The operational range extends impressively from -196°C to +800°C, contingent upon the chosen material.
2. High-Pressure Performance
- With a pressure rating ranging from PN16 to PN420 (or ANSI Class 150-2500), our elbow assures steadfast reliability even under the most extreme pressure conditions.
- Its reinforced structure, crafted through precision cold/hot-forming with either seamless or expertly welded construction, is subjected to X-ray inspection to ensure uniform wall thickness and impeccable leak-proof integrity.

- The surface finish options include internally polished (Ra ≤0.8μm) or electropolished to effectively reduce friction and scaling. Additionally, a variety of external finishes like sandblasted or mirror-polished are available.
- Our product adheres to international standards such as ASME B16.9, DIN 2605, and GB/T 12459, with size availability spanning from DN8 to DN100.
