Sphere structure: The core component is a sphere made of stainless steel. There is a channel inside the sphere, and the on-off of the fluid is controlled by rotating the sphere.
Working principle: The valve is opened or closed by rotating the valve stem to drive the sphere to rotate. The sphere only needs to be rotated by 90° to be fully opened or closed. When opened, the channel of the sphere forms a straight channel with the channels of the valve body and the connected pipe diameter, allowing the medium to flow through with almost no loss; when closed, the sphere rotates until it fits closely with the sealing surface of the valve seat, cutting off the medium.
