Product Description

Product Overview 
 The H71 Wafer Check Valve features a compact wafer connection design, with a structural length only 1/4 to 1/8 of traditional flange check valves. It offers significant reductions in size and weight (weighing just 1/4 to 1/20 of conventional valves). Key advantages include rapid closure to mitigate water hammer effects, low fluid resistance, and adaptability to both horizontal and vertical pipelines. Compared to H41 flange check valves, the H71 type resolves issues of bulkiness and installation/maintenance challenges inherent in traditional designs.


Structural Features
- Fast Closure: Spring-loaded disc achieves short-stroke closure, dramatically reducing water hammer pressure in high-flow scenarios.  
- Sealing Performance: Single-disc vertical movement with spring-assisted sealing ensures zero leakage and extended service life.  
- Material Versatility: Components (body, disc, etc.) available in carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316/316L), duplex steel, etc., adaptable to diverse media requirements.

- Media Compatibility: Suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strongly oxidative media, and urea. Material selection extends compatibility to corrosive environments.
